Sturdy and connected smooth with my boats existing equipment. I sent back a comparable t that was all plastic because the threads weren't matched well leaving the connection loose but Not This One. This one matched right up and tightened smooth and strong.

The alignment pin on these is not standard and it makes mounting weird. I'd buy again as they are a good price. But I had to 3d print a bracket to make these mount nice in my console.
