I love this cooktop! It's super versatile and allows to to have extra cook space if/when needed! I only have one issue with it... the burners are just too close together. It makes it really hard to use with a pot/pan that's "too big" with another. If you have things that are just the right size, you're good, but other than that, no complaints!

I don't use this alot, but in the couple of times that I have it has heated up and performed as I needed it to. I like that this is quite thin and stores away easily as I had another cooktop similar to this that was much larger and much heavier. For that reason it just didn't get used because it was never handy to get to. I use this when we have things that need to be kept warm away from the kitchen. You could certainly cook on it as well, but that isn't what my intent was.

This is a very good quality flat top induction range with one minor flaw. When I set it on the counter the first time I found that one of the legs was too short, causing it to wobble on the flat counter. This was rather simple to repair by removing the short leg and inserting a couple of washers as spacers and it sits level now. With that aside, I really like it for those time I need a couple of extra burners. It's a good value and I recommend it despite its minor flaw.

I wanted this electric cooktop as a backup to my backup cooking source, so to speak. I do have the ability to cook with gas and propane. Chances are I won’t have any issues with my gas stove, but if I do, I’ll have this meter spinning cooktop to rely on. The total power, 2000W, is a lot and will take down the battery of my power supply if I need to use it. That being said, this is one nice electric cooktop.It does come with some sealing tape if I ever decide to install it on a countertop or workbench. I won’t be doing this, but I will probably be taking this stove with me when I travel. It’s not an induction stove, but does use several different types of cookware. There are visuals in the Instruction Manual that illustrate what can be used or not. Obviously, some of this is common sense.This does have a locking mechanism I was easily able to activate on the touch control panel. This panel is very responsive, but isn’t intuitive to work. There are step-by-step instructions that are necessary and useful. Some manuals aren’t particularly clear, but this one is quite comprehensive. This two burner cooktop can be used on top of your countertop, mounted into your countertop, or even used on a table. Please note that this is a portable infrared double burner and not an inductive double burner. You will not be able to boil water within two minutes. Also If you are using this for emergency back up, keep in mind that this is 2,000 watts so you would want to make sure that your power source/generator has enough extra to keep this going.All that being said, I really love this little portable double burner! We are going to take this with us when we go on vacation, whether staying in a hotel or going camping. This cooktop has a pause and go, auto shutdown, and overheating protection. It also has a Keep Warm feature, child safety locks, and timer. It has four rubber feet so that you can sit it on a table as well as a countertop. The glass top cleans up very nicely, and it works with all types of pans: glass, metal, copper, etc. This dual burner has a super strong build that feels solid. It is straightforward and plug/play. You can also just use one burner without having to turn both of them on.I think this would work great in an RV, small cabin, seated in your countertop, or any other place that you might want to have a burner handy.

This two burner electric cooktop works great so far. The burners heat up quick enough starting at 5 and goes up to 9 or down to 1. The timer increases by one or press for 10 minute increments. Not having to worry about knobs makes this cooktop sleek design. We use it on the counter not as an insert.It would be great if the beep when pressing any of the buttons had a volume control. The beep is loud and distracting. The glass surface is very delicate. The manual warns not to slide pots across the top. It would be more useful if the thick power cord were on the other side of the cooktop or if the power cord could go under the cooktop.

Originally, I bought this cooktop for easy of use. However, I studied this instruction manual for a long time. In addition, it did not achieve a satisfactory effect when I use it. It is really slow to heat it up!
