Sand is perfect for these beach umbrella weights, but you can also use clods, gravel or stones. Don’t use water, though: it’s better to stick to dry materials.

Sturdy and big enough to hold enough sand to stabilize my patio umbrella. Good function in basic black is all I require. Double Velcro strips to seal well is nice touch.

They are great, the finish material is nice too but my only concern is their size is big and for this, I prefer double zipper to maintain its integrity. But it doest the job and the price is right so I think this is great option to weight down your Umbrella, I was hoping to use these for C Stand and media production too but I'm afraid they are too large and oversized. It's probably good option for crane balance so I plan to use it for this, if the handles will hold the weight.

I was expecting slightly thicker fabric, but this doesn't seem to be a problem. Once filled with sand they seem quite durable, and as a two-pack they work well.

I really like the handles on these sandbags. They make them much easier to grasp and carry. The plastic handles themselves prevent the webbing strap from cutting into your hand. They can also be used to tie a rope to to help anchor a tent. The material the bags are made of are strong with a coating on the inside to prevent the sand from working its way through the weave of the fabric. It has a very strong double closure of hook and loop material to prevent leakage at the opening too.

These worked perfectly to get my umbrella stand stable. I was gifted a large umbrella with a stand at even after filling the base with sand and water, it would tip over in a slight breeze. I ordered these to help. They came in a plastic bag and were easily filled with sand. They fit over the base, around the pole and really help keep the umbrellas stable. The black color make them practically invisible. The handles work great for moving them around. Good stuff!

I was really excited to get this set of two heavy-duty vinyl sandbags to replace the not-so-pretty bag of play sand that had been weighing down my large outdoor umbrella for over a year. These bags are such a great solution.Filling them was super easy—I just opened my bag of sand and used a hand trowel to scoop the sand in. I love that the bags have a double velcro seal, so I’m not worried about sand leaking out. The two handles on each bag make them easy to move around, which is especially nice when dealing with 50 pounds of weight.For me, this was a total win. We’ve already been using them to secure different things around our Colorado backyard, and they’re holding up great. A much cleaner, more durable, and more attractive way to weigh things down!

I received these bags and filled them from a 50lb bag of play sand. I was able to place 30lbs of sand in one. The bags are well made, with double, heavy duty Velcro closures. The handles are large and heavy duty. And the canvas is sturdy and well stitched. I had two concrete blocks on my offset umbrella to keep it from toppling. And now, these bags look much better! Will buy another set for my other umbrella!
