My husband was happy for me to order this set because of the large size wedges and it turned out that he’s just as pleased with the entire set, which adds the small sizeto his tool collection, and the bag. We have wooded acreage and there is plenty of tree work. These wedges are a good value and he gives them a thumbs up.

I purchased this set to assit with felling a very large oak tree. The 1st wedge broke right in half after a few hits when hammering it in. The 2nd one didnt break but chipped really bad. May work for lighter projects but definitely not as heavy duty as i expected.

Great value in wedges with carrying case.Man...for a set of wedges like this it was a good value!I haven't had to drop too many trees that I needed a wedge for...but now that I have them I'll find a good use for them...Sometimes there are tools that are simple that are a good value...that will last for a long time.This is one of those tools.Glad I have them!

I love the bright yellow color, it makes it so much easier to see when you set them down or they get covered up with sawdust or dirt. These are nice and dense and seem like they will be durable. The three different sizes are good for different sized trees and limbs. On more than one occasion I have gotten the bar on my chainsaw pinched and stuck in the cut as the limb starts to separate from the tree and pinches the bar, these will keep the limb from hanging up the bar. The set of wedges come with a mesh bag to store and carry them in. There are little spikes on the flat side of the wedges so they will stay in the cut better and not slip out.

These are just as stout as the more well known brands for a fraction of the price. I've used to smaller ones so far for tops and they've performed well. No mushroming or cracking yet. Can't wait to use the big ones for bigger trees. Absolutely worth it.
