It’s a good solid lock, and easy to use. While it’s easy to use, it’s not fast to use. Great for security or to keep unwanted people from being able to discharge a weapon, accidentally or otherwise, but not something you’d want on a home defense gun, which you may need to access quickly, under stress. It’s just a bit bulky, and the latch is heavy to pull.

This lock does the job, as it pertains to locking the trigger. However, the overall quality of this lock is questionable. It really does feel much cheaper and lighter than other similar locks I currently own. For the price, not bad, but it's function is not as smooth as it should be.

Apparently setting the combination didn't work because now it doesn't have a combination that does work... It DID work, so I put it on... first time I used it it came off... second time, nothing... Wouldn't budge.Thankfully it's a complete piece of junk and it came off easily with a twist and a pull.I fiddled with it for another 20 minutes trying to get it to work... bout to end up in the trash.
