I used this to mount my 1970s 1/4 wave Mobil CB antenna to my antenna mast at the house.

I had to drill out the whole for the plastic bushing to fit… I knew this before I purchased it, from the other reviewers (THANK YOU!). It works great (after being fixed with my drill). It is currently holding up a 4’ Firestik from the fascia of my house with a cookie sheet JB-welded to the front of the underside of this mount (the stud wasn’t long enough to go through the mount and cookie sheet, as I intended) as a grounding plane.

The hole was too small for the nylon washer so I drilled it to 1/2 in which works well.

The Antenna Pole Mast Mount Bracket with U-Bolts is drilled to 10mm. This size is NOT correct for the CB Adapter for 3/8-24 Stud which required a mounting hole size of 13mm or 1/2in. The smaller 10mm size will fit the adapter, however, proper clearance for the positive hot side of the antenna is to close and prone to shorting your equipment/radio.In addition, the depiction of the order for the hardware on the CB Adapter for 3/8-24 Stud is incorrect as well. It should go from top to bottom the following way. Top screw through stud, lock washer, regular washer, nylon isolation washer (which has a lip on one side to insert into the bigger 13mm or 1/2in hole), then finally the actual SO-239 with stud.FIX: drill the mounting hole to 13mm or 1/2in. and reorder the stud components to match the description.Otherwise, if your handy by all means. I will update once I test it at 100 Watts.

Quality product. As an amateur radio operator it used to hard to get the parts. Amazon makes it so easy.
