Love the design, and build quality. It was very simple to assemble just snap it together. I feel like it's a good size not too big that someone can't sit next to you and not too small where I am crammed. Good deal and functions exactly as described. Just wish the arm rests were padded better.

The cushions are too small and very hard. So I get after short time pain in my arms.Therefor I can not recommend this product.

This is perfect for my laptop work and crocheting. I find the height great. I use this sitting upIn bed. As stated in many reviews, the top does not click firmly the bases. This does not bother me. It makes it very easy to break down for storage. It takes up very little space to store. I just make sure to move the desk by both bases to get out of working position and get back in when I need to get up and stretch. I recommend this desk.

This lap desk looks very nice and the pockets on both sides are large enough to store my phone or kindle in the bigger pocket and my reading glasses in the small pocket. The side pieces are very sturdy and hard so you don't have to worry about the desk collapsing or being uneven. The wood table top is spacious enough for my laptop and a mouse, but there isn't a bar/ledge to keep a tablet or laptop from sliding off the bottom like many other lap desks have.The biggest downside to this desk is that the top doesn't stay attached to the sides. The top and sides look like they should snap together and stay in place, but they don't no matter how hard I push them together. Since this desk is meant to be used on uneven surfaces like a couch or bed you would think the side attachments would be much more secure. My couch doesn't sink down a ton, but still the top will slowly come apart from the sides any time I shift around. On the upside, it does make it super easy to store since it comes apart with no effort. If this desk actually stayed together when in use it would've been 5 stars for me.
