Had to look up on how to put on didn't come with any directions. Once I got it set up, it wouldn't work right because wiring was loose. Finally got tired of trying and bought a different one. Buy cheap, get cheap.

This is an upgrade/replacement for the K1 and K1Max hot end. I tried it and it was a functional replacement, but I ultimately chose a Micro Swiss upgrade instead. Nothing wrong with this one, I just liked the Micro Swiss better.

This is a nice hotend which does actually hit the advertised temps without melting apart. The brass nozzle, hardened or not, is hubcaps on a Ferrari. Drop this immediately and put a nice nozzle in which can support the abrasive filaments which this hotend was made for. There are no included instructions but if you have any experience with 3D printing at all, you should be able to figure it out easily. I highly recommend PID tuning through console, by going into your root.

The Ender 3 V3 KE uses the same hotend setup as the K1 so I wound up using it in that printer instead. Works well enough. Printed some PETG with it and it did perfectly fine. Heated up quick and did the job. The only thing I worry about it is the ceramic heater. It's not like the heaters that some with the standar K! so if it goes out I'm not sure where I'll get a new one.

I am mechanically inclined but I still need installation instructions for something I have never installed before ! this is "bad" business not to include the instructions with their product !!!
