I didn't expect this waist support to be so good. This one is great quality, supportive, covers my entire torso, and I can do a lot of things with it on. No baggy spots, and no fat leaking out. The velcro holds it in place really well, and it feels durable, it doesn't roll up like other waist trainers, and you can definitely control the areas of your tummy that you want to control, and you can definitely use it all day without it rolling up like other ones that aren't trainers. The only downside is that if you wear it too tight, it leaves a little mark on your tummy haha, but that doesn't stop me from loving it, all I can say is wow!!!

I was worried about how to put it on at first but after watching the video I figured it out and it was super easy. It's long and just the right width so you wrap yourself up like a mummy but it's very comfortable and effective and I love that you can adjust it. Most waist trainers are hard to adjust and will get bigger and out of shape. Obviously you won't have that problem

I originally purchased it for myself last month and then for the women in my family this month. We are all still using them (although we are all different weights and body shapes) and we are all seeing results. The waist trainer fabric is exceptionally good and does not leave any marks or bruises on my skin like others do, the material has not deteriorated or unraveled at the edges, it has not lost its stretchiness and it helps me maintain my shape and posture regularly and gives me confidence. I do not regret this purchase at all!!!!

I got this to help me look slimmer and it makes me look fatter. It’s hard to wrap around yourself as it creates lumps from the tightness. It doesn’t capture my upper back fat (if wrapped higher, makes me look like I have a big @$$ muffin top. 2/10 I don’t recommend. The direction are also very unclear.

This does provide compression, and it will absolutely hold in any belly fat and bring your waist in.That being said, if you're looking for ease of use, I found this to be really difficult to use. This belly wrap was very unwieldy trying to wrap it around myself and keep the bands flat as I wrapped. Four plus yards of elastic is twelve plus feet that you're working to wrap around your waist - and that's a lot to try to manage as you're working to get everything wrapped up and snatched.There needs to be additional velcro strips added in, as the few that were there are not enough to help stabilize this wrap.It does roll, on the bottom, from the top, after wearing it for a period of time.Perhaps, if you're used to these types of belly bands, the length and lack of additional velcro strips won't be an issue for you, but as a first time user of these, I cannot recommend this.I'm keeping it because the elastic itself is good quality, and I can absolutely use it for sewing projects.

I have used many slimming belts this one has to be the most unique one out of all of them. Because it's so long it gives you a chance to wrap yourself up pretty tightly and it will adjust the smaller you get. This slimming belt definitely snatches the waist while you are working out and sweating.
