I ordered several of these rotary switches to use as replacement rotary switches for cheap wafer rotary switches. You better keep a soldering iron away from any part of the plastic body while soldering on the terminal lugs. They melt real easy.

Very nicely built 4P3T switch. However, terminal layout is somewhat unusual in that the wipers are NOT next to their contacts. Check before installing!

At first look it appeared to be a high quality, well made switch. It took so much force to operate that I had to use a LARGE pair of pliers. Maybe I just got a lemon. I'll update after I get the replacement, UPDATE - received new switch and it is perfect. This really is a quality item - I just happened to get a bad one. Happy camper now!
