Instructions

  • Before use, the new tool should be tried at a low speed. If there is a jumping problem, do not continue to use it. The tool needs to be adjusted to run smoothly, otherwise the object will be unsmooth, and the tool may be prone to breakage to the handle.
  • Adjustment method: Use a small wrench with a chuck to gently tap the tool handle rotating at high speed until the tool is stable. The electronic machine is strictly forbidden to knock. The adjustment method is to loosen the chuck, change the angle of the tool or extend and retract a little.
  • It is recommended to use dripping water or put it into the pool for cooling treatment to improve tool utilization and object yield. Otherwise, the diamond will graphitize due to overheating, which will soon wear out.
  • Please press gently and avoid shaking. Diamond tools are used to grind workpieces. If excessive force is applied, the grinding powder is not easy to remove.
  • Flying chips may be generated during use. Please use jigs, non-slip finger cots and wear protective glasses when using it.

They worked perfectly to put the holes in a new marble tile backsplash without cracking them. It will take you a little while but if you tried this with a carbide bit they would just crack & split.I only wish they were domed on the end rather than flat. The worked well to put holes in tile & stone without cracking the little tiles. Put some plastic anchor inserts in an voila, you can hang your new vent hood.

The small diamond bond holds together like no other burrs that I've ever used. I am carving jade with them and they work great. I wish they came in different shapes. Great price and long lasting product. Thank-you

I poured a concrete countertop for an outdoor kitchen. I wanted to top mount the sink, but the top wasn't level (purposely). I used these bits on a router to machine the concrete so the sink was inset and level. We used a bunch of water. I had my wife continually spray with a spray bottle. Worked great.

I wish I had found this a lot sooner. I was using much smaller diamond dust bits, and the project was taking forever. With these, the work is done! Great price, too.
