I was pleasantly surprised with how light but strong this weed wacker was. I went through both my front and backyard trimming along fences and sidewalks and it still had 2 thirds the battery left. It also cut weeds well and I didn’t have to do much back and forth trimming off the same spots.

Additionally, the entire shaft rotates, transforming the trimmer into an edger for trimming along edges. While it works well for regular grass and thin woody stems, if you anticipate more demanding tasks, consider purchasing a more powerful “commercial” unit. A convenient feature of the two batteries is their ability to provide continuous work. You can quickly charge one battery while the other is in use.
