  • When installed on a wooden floor, the recommended thickness is greater than 50mm; When installed on a concrete floor, the recommended thickness is greater than 80mm; When installed on an iron base, the recommended thickness is greater than 5mm.

I have texted a twice to please send some missing parts for my vevor dock ladder. Now I have an email from vevor stating the case is resolved....I am unable to send pictures as I can't seem to get it to work. I am just asking for the screws nuts etc packet that came with the ladder. We are missing some of the small pieces that enables me to finish putting it together. I have even told them I would reimburse them if needed. I am unable to use the ladder until I get the parts. I can't talk to anyone regarding this problem...only e mail. I am frustrated with the customer service . The ladder seems to be fine except for this ongoing problem . DONT BUY FROM HERE .... a problem can't b resolved.
