Pros: Definitely has pulling power and pretty easy to set up; I tested it on a big BMW and it pulled it into the garage with no problem. Compact and doesn't take up much room. Remote works great. Very good value.Cons: The take-up reel doesn't load evenly side to side and with the space allocated around it, the cable starts hitting the rods that surround it. Initially I attached the hook off-center under the car and that definitely didn't help. Attaching it in the middle was better but not perfect. The round electrical connectors used for the battery were too small to attach to the battery connectors; I had to snip them in the middle and bend them out to get them to fit.

The winch is very competitively priced, great value. I really like the wireless feature that worked extremely well.Winch received was well packaged, complete, good hardware, good instructions, no damage.Installed without issue and worked well for a bit, but then internal gear box failure. I bought a second one from the same seller and it continues to work perfectly to this day under the same conditions so I think the first one was a true dud, but I am very happy with the replacement.Seller was very fast with responses, issued return instructions and label in short order. Seller issued a refund, but it took some time and effort to resolve. I am satisfied with the seller, very happy with the winch.

Upon installation of the winch, I attempted to connect the + and - terminals to which they both began arcing. After further investigation and trouble shooting, I discovered the leads on the main control module were installed incorrectly. If you purchase this item and have issues like this, you will need to switch the red (positive) leads as well as the black (negative) leads on the power module. I'd give it 5 stars for overall performance and function, however, this issue led to about 20 minutes of headache as well as initially filing for a replacement before I tried troubleshooting the issue.

Der Kabelgebundene Seileinzug funktioniert leider nicht. Der Seilein- u. Auszug funktioniert nur mit der Drahtlosen(Funk) Fernsteuerung. bitte um Klärung.

I really like this wench small and powerful. It will still pull out 4800lbs . However it’s always connected to the battery and the outside remote is available for strangers and kids to do pranks , so be careful. Other than that it’s nice .
