【Common problems and solutions】
1.Severe color cast or image flickering on the screen
Cause of the failure: the VGA interface of the extender or the crystal head has a problem of poor contact
Solution: Tighten the VGA interface and shake the crystal head to test whether it is fully connected
2.There is no image display on the screen, and the indicator light is not on.
Cause of failure: The power of the extender is not connected
Solution: Check whether the charging power of the transmitter and receiver, whether all interfaces are fully connected
3.The image has diagonal lines, stripes or the font is trailing
Cause of failure: There is strong electromagnetic interference
Solution: Disconnect the interference source wiring, or use a shielded high-quality network cable and crystal head

The performance of this Gizmo is great but I had to wait to find out because I noticed out of the box the sender had a female VGA connector which of course cannot connect to the female on the computer side. A simple male to male adapter or cable solves that problem so after ordering that and waiting a day I connected everything off and it worked like a charm. On a 120-ft run the video was flawless and that was after going out of a y connector to a local monitor. For 34 bucks they could have made it 35 and just included the adapter. Other than that, very satisfied...

We used this to replace a version that didn't have audio and there is a significant difference between the two in video quality. This causes the video to be very fuzzy and dim and the audio has a noticeable hum coming through.
