I have had this mat in my home office for a few months and I have to say that it has held up very well over that time. It has just the right texture to hold my chair in place without making it hard for when I actually want to move around and it came in just the perfect size for my small area.

The material is great and the length is just right. The material isn't super flexible, so it's made fairly well. The major issue I have is that it isn't wide enough. I always get one wheel stuck because it rolls off. I've had 3 different chairs on it and they all do the same thing. I thought at first my leather, executive office chair might have had a larger footprint, but that wasn't the case. Maybe if you don't move side to side, it's great. But as you can see in the picture, there is only a few inches on either side of the wheels.

Works as advertised. The real question is how well will it work a year or two from now. Seems a new one is needed in 2-3 yr intervals.

I love that this ships flat so you do not have to worry about the edges curling. Good quality and highly recommend

I have had several by different manufacturers through the yrs and this one is the best.bery hard and tough but after several days of use Ford not have the chair roller indentations yet.The real test is if cracks after a couple of years but I have a strong hunch it will not get any cracks.

This product is I tended to be used on carpet; it has nubs on the bottom to hold it in place. They work best to hold it in place on low pile carpet. The product is large and allows you to roll under and out from under your desk, but doesn’t provide coverage to go left or right. The material is thick and durable.
