Overall: If you're looking at this product, you've probably given up hope of being able to afford one of those fancy Cardo or Senna headsets. If you're as broke as I am and tired of using difficult and uncomfortable wireless earbuds for music and GPS, then these are exactly what you're looking for. No, you won't get as many features or as good of sound quality as Senna or Cardo, but that's not what you're paying for. This is a cheap, simple solution to play music from your phone and get GPS directions.Installation and fitment: Installation was easy. Everything you need is included. You just peel the backing off a hook-and-loop fastening sticker, and apply to the inside of your helmet. I use a Biltwell Gringo S, and it doesn't really have the space for a headset like this. I ended up partially attaching the fastener to the neck strap of my helmet, but it has worked well so far and doesn't feel loose. The speakers sit right against my ears, which is recommended for best sound quality and volume. I may get spacers in the future to make it even more snug.Sound quality and volume: The sound quality is obviously not great. The highs and lows are easily drowned out, but to be fair they are not in-ear speakers. My guess is that sound quality can be improved by fitting the speakers closer to your ear in order to minimize outside noise interference. Just don't expect the same quality as the wireless earbuds you've been using. As far as volume goes, it is fine for most in-city riding. Anything below 45-50mph is crystal clear, and I sometimes fear people at stop lights can hear my music from inside my helmet. However, most of my commute is highway speeds around 70mph, and most of the music is drowned out at this point. I can still hear enough to make out the beat and rhythm of the songs, but most of the lyrics are unintelligible at this speed. The GPS directions are somehow much louder though, I can hear them fine at highway speeds. I ride a verys 650, so the wind protection is pretty decent. With better wind protection, i.e. a bigger windscreen, and a helmet that has a chin curtain, I think the volume would be fine at highway speeds. When I'm in a full tuck I can hear things much better.Overall, this little headset is a steal for the $16 I paid. If you want something better quality, you'll either have to settle for uncomfortable earbuds that are tedious to put on with a helmet, or be ready to dish out hundreds of your hard-earned dollars for a name-brand headset that isn't guaranteed to be much better.

The product looks alright when unboxing. However I could not answer phone calls with the mic it did not function properly out of the box. So I just didnt worry about that part. The music function is ok the speakers are loud enough to hear until you get on the highway or too much wind noise then it is practically unhearable. The call volume is even quieter, very hard to hear while riding on local roads and when getting on the highway its completely drowned out by wind noise. Overall I would not recommend this product even though it is cheap you would be better off spending your money on a decent set of ear buds and they would do so much better.

I have never used any other bluetooth headset with my motorcycle helmet, so i can't really compare it to anything else. For the price $16, i had to try it. Routing the wires and speakers in the helmet was easy. I have a full face helmet. Speaker placement was crucial for the best sound. I initially put the speakers too far back and they weren't right next to my ears. Once the speakers were in the right place, the sound was good. At 65mph, a phone call works fine and the person at the other end said the sound was good, just a little static. The speakers are a little thick and if my ears were any bigger, it would way too uncomfortable to use.The instructions are aren't written in the best English, but the point comes across.Update; at highway speeds, with ear plugs, i can barely hear the headphones. It really isnt worth it for me. If i just rode around in town with no ear plugs it would be fine.

I’ve used these for the past year, purchased June 2017, riding daily from March until October and they have always turned on and worked flawlessly as long as I remembered to charge them. The charge lasts about a week to week and a half with a total 2 hour daily commute. They are quite loud, even on the freeway, and fit into my full face helmet perfectly, some modification of the foam was required. I’m buying another pair, only because I have worn out the music skip button. I don’t flaw the product for the button wearing out, they’re under $20, not $100 plus, and I used the sh*t out of them. These are totally worth buying, the Bluetooth works consistently, they have never disconnected, never failed to connect, and always immediately pair with my iPhone when I turn them on.

I was not sure if these would work or not, but I wanted something to play music while riding. I am really pleased and excited by the results. I use these only for music and cannot vouch for the phone part, but I am sure it works well for that as well. I have a full face helmet and listen to music off my iphone7 via Amazon Prime. Some have questioned the sound level of these, but you have to be sure the volume on your phone is actually turned up too. I've not had any issues with sound at all with these and could actually turn the notch down a level or to. I have found that there is a difference in sound in new music and old music. Jim Croce music is harder to hear then John Anderson music. I assume the recording sound level was different. With streaming music from a Prime station I've had not problems hearing riding at speeds up to 60 MPH.It is important to put them at the correct ear level too because as some have mentioned they are slightly thick. I had to adjust where they were in the helmet a couple of times to make them feel good. They were easy to install and quick to sync with bluetooth on phone. For 20 bucks... these are a steal!UPDATE.I came back on here to express how much I love this item. I use them every time I ride. The sound is plently loud, at times I want to turn down, and I can also hear my engine. I cannot imagine anyone not liking this item.
