I got this for a junction of some landscape lighting in the backyard. It's all low voltage wire, so I wasn't too worried about the performance, but I'm pretty impressed so far with how it's doing.After a few months through the winter, the box is holding up well. There was some slight condensation in it, but it's kind of expected since you can't 100% seal any holes that you put in this thing.if I had to complain about anything, it would be that it doesn't come with any holes predrilled - obviously you need to get some wires in/out of this box in any use scenario.

Great box for outdoor electronics projects. The clear plastic allows inspection of things like a router's status lights or a relay closure. The brackets allow mounting wihtout pentrations into the protected cabinet space. The hinges are sturdy and the latches engage positively but still operate with comfortable hand force. The cover and housing can be drilled with a sharp bit or hole saw without teatout or cracking (tested at indoor room temperature). The seal mates well with the housing lip and keeps the weather out reliably.

This junction box is top-notch. The IP67 rating means it stays completely sealed, even in heavy rain. The clear cover is a great feature for visibility, and installation was straightforward with the included wall bracket. A fantastic choice for outdoor setups!

I've installed permanent outdoor Christmas lights on my house, and needed to make some connections in a few places.I bought this to facilitate running cabling into them, and connecting to lights on my gutters, with a small microcontroller.These boxes are super watertight (read: IP67) and easy to install. The plastic is easily drillable to add cable glands, and you could even add controls to the boxes, if needed.

it works, not great but not horrible. Mine was missing the little attachment tabs but I hadn't planned on mounting it that way anyway. So far seems to keep the interior dry, but it hasn't been tried in heavy wind and rain yet.
