Good quality screws that hold well. Are more narrow than some, but I'm not actually using them for a deck. I've been using them to mount picture hangers because they make smaller holes in the wall. I think they're a good deal.

We are about to build a few items for the garden and needed deck screws that could withstand the outdoor use that they will be put through. This offering was perfect for the job.They arrived in a sealed plastic box that can be reclosed if needed. It claims to include 212 screws and I would believe that as I am not going to count them. But I am sure that they are all there. Also included is a driver bit for the torques head screws. These torques head screws are one of the better screw heads for this sort of work. No stripping of the heads will result. They are T-25 heads.The quality of the screws looks to be pretty good. They are black in colour and about 1.5 inches in length.My only complaint is that they took almost a month to arrive, so if you want to order these be sure to give it a lot of lead time...I am pleased with the product though and have plans to start the work that will find these used in next week...

WELLOCKS Deck Screws #8×1-1/2" 5.2LBS Box Approx 908 PCS Black Color Torx Drive T25 Bit Included -- I use this type of screw almost exclusively when building with wood. In fact, I rarely use nails anymore. The star head is the easiest to work with because the drive head does not slip easily, both installing and removing. One of my most common uses is when I’m just needing to hold something in place temporarily. The star head screw does not round out easily and it is so easy to back out that I can use a single screw over and over many times if needed. The only drawback is that they are one of the most expensive fasteners to use. This particular brand is about 17% less in price compared to almost the same product at my local big box lumber/hardware store.The thing I like most about this particular screw is the T25 star head size. I wish all the other brands would go to T25 size across the board for deck screws regardless of length. A standard size of T25 makes everything much easier and faster.

Purpose for Product: Installation of Secondary Dog Security System 6' fence and gate using wooden fence pickets.Product Inspection: Product arrived: finally, see photos. Torx drive bit included, black rust inhibitor coating appeared uniformly applied. Full 1&1/2" thread.Product Performance: I burned thru almost the entire 212 screw in an hour installing the wooden pickets. The screw tip easily penetrated the treated pine picket and pine 2x4" frame, fully embedding themselves, see photos. This was the perfect size screw for installing these fence panels.Summary: Screws appear adequately manufactured and performed well. Only time will disclose the durability. No defects found and price is comparable to similar products.

The screws themselves are great. Very happy with them. Installed about 30-40 on my front porch and no issues. My issue and this really pisses me off, is that the container was cracked and a piece broke off during shipping so they fall out of the container. The package was shoved in our locking mailbox by the USPS because they are too lazy to place it on our porch like Fed Ex, UPS, and Amazon do. I’m done doing business with companies that ship via USPS. They toss items out on our driveway, misdeliver constantly, and cram packages in our mailbox.
