I don't know how to rate these fairly because they're built like a medieval castle. Very large and very robust. Unfortunately I live remotely and can't return things so I'm discarding these and buying the short version of the same product because now that I've compared the dimensions to other "normal" sized 1.1/8th thru hulls I see these are much larger and far to big for my purpose. Ie 90 angle to conserve space. Also the size of the thru hull hole is also much smaller on the short version which is appropriate for my hose and boat size. Ie under 400ft. 😆. If you have a big boat and enormous space these would be highly recommended. Super strongly built. If not clearly good quality so buy the short version from same company.

Delivered in tact and well packed. Looks like a good part. I probably totally missed it in the measurements on the pictures, but the threaded section did not have width measurements. Everything was the perfect size for what I was replacing in, except the width of the threaded area is way to big to fit into the hole I was installing into (storage/ice chest compartment on boat).

I didn’t see a need for a full stainless fitting for the boat I’m building. But, I liked the look of the stainless rather than plastic on the exterior of the boat. This is well made and fits the criteria very well.
