Was very disappointed. Nowhere in the description did it say it was only an all zones on/off zones when used with an indexing sprinkler valve. I wanted to run only 1 or 2 zones on different days/times. For that you need independent valves for each zone.

wow, very smart product, it makes me feel that watering the garden is not difficult, I just need to control the watering through the app. The weather in California is very hot this year, I don't need to go out, but I can make my garden vibrant

I bought this to replace my 10 year old controller because the display went out. I had zero experience with replacing an irrigation controller going into this and I was able to swap it out and have it up and running in about an hour. I already had the app from another smart device so set up was easy, only had to add the device and program my zones. Interface is as straightforward as you can get. So far it's worked as expected and if it lasts me at least as long as my previous one then I will be quite satisfied with this purchase.

I recently purchased the NEO16 Zone Smart Sprinkler Controller. This device has made watering my lawn so much easier and more efficient. I love that it uses local weather intelligence to adjust the watering schedule, saving water and money. The app enabled feature allows me to make adjustments to the schedule from anywhere, and it even works with Alexa! Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this irrigation controller to anyone looking for an automated watering system.

Controller gets stuck on a zone and doesn't turn off until you walk up and hit the reset button on it. Call customer support and the guy on the other end is clueless on anything to trouble shoot the problem. Tells me he is there by himself and can't help me. Complete waste of money.

Good news it's simple. Bad news it's simple. For this price (unlike tumblevid/tumblewid) you are not getting some nice to have stuff, like weather forecast /skip or soaking zones.In my case it has some bugs. Irrigation starts on its own and that is not recorded in 'history'.
