For woodworking professionals seeking precision and durability, the Router Corner Radius Template offers an impressive solution with its high-quality aluminum alloy construction. Providing superior accuracy compared to plastic alternatives. With radius options R100 R150 R200 R250 R300 for both inside and outside curves, this Curve Guide Cabinet Edge Molding Aluminum Router Corner Radius Template can easily create smooth, rounded corners. Its makes setup quick, and once clamped, routing becomes a breeze. Say goodbye to jigsaws and sanding! Just place, hold, and route. For fine woodworking the templates don't require screws to hold the template in place if rounding a finished surface such as a tabletop, just use the edge guides and a clamp with a sticky sheet in between and it holds perfectly well. This will be well used in my home woodworking shop.

I ordered these to use in constructing cabinets for my woodworking shop however, I was hoping that would be useful in my finer woodworking projects. While they are designed for cabinetry, I have been able to adapt them to surfaces in which I didn’t want to drive screws into by using clamps. I have cutout wooden templates for many yeasrs but find they lose their accuracy due to wear, moisture, heat/cold, etc. These curves are accurate and smooth when using them against fixed guides as well as roller bearings on router bits. These templates are also useful for templating/drawing curves on projects to be cut with a bandsaw, jigsaw or scroll saw.BENEFITS:• Precision & Consistency – Aluminum construction ensures uniform curves and rounded corners, eliminating guesswork• Efficiency – Saves time compared to manually drawing or cutting freehand curves each time you need them• Repeatability – Allows you to reproduce the same shape multiple times such as the four corners of a cutting board or table• Versatility – Concave and convex radii using the same template or reversing the cut for matching pieces• Ease of Use – Simple to align and tracePROS:• Aluminum construction is accurate and lightweight and does not wear over time like wooden templates• End clamps allow for concave (inside) and convex (outside) radii• Works on a router table but requires a guide pin• Works on hand routers but requires a roller bearing or a collet• Useful in drawing a radius to be cut on a bandsaw or jigsawCONS:• Not for fine woodworking as the templates require screws to hold the template in place which would NOT be desirable if rounding a finished surface such as a tabletop,• Advertised for chamfering however, a chamfer bit with a roller bearing will produce more consistent results with a hand routerIf you are a woodworker, hobbyist or professional, these templates are a great additional to your workshop.Five stars for me
