I've had these very affordable multi-purpose pliers for about 15 months and figure it's time for a review. From the time I received them I've been impressed with their ergonomic comfort and solid construction. They are diagonal cutting pliers, wire cutters, wire strippers, are made of hardened steel and are rust resistant. Non-slip handles make these 7 1/2" pliers a great value.

Had to separate steel wool that wrapped around my cast iron chain cleaner. Used this to cut it out and detangle. The edge near the tip were most of the cutting happened already got dull.

My dad had a similar pair but w/o the strippers. I use it for cutting solid core copper and braided copper wires. It cuts and strips all in one tool. Lots of people push tools past their capabilities but it’s best not to do so. I would buy again but don’t need to as I stay within the tools expected working range. Only issue I have is there is no return spring to open it and it kinda uncomfortable to operate with one hand sometimes. I will fabricate a simple return spring for it. A lot of wire cutters don’t bother with any spring at all to open them up. I prefer a simple spring action.

Very sharp still after 3 weeks of use I use them at work fixing wiring on trailers and trucks I also have been using them on household electrical wire on my remodel my basement The only thing I wish is they had a crimper for doing automotive electrical repairs but the strippers seems to fit wire nice and do a good job and the snippers so far are very sharp I've cut into things I probably shouldn't with them already and they haven't dented or cracked well built product Great value for the money Great value for the money
