Exactly what I needed. Looked up my fridges serial number and saw this was the part that I needed. It was $15-$20 everywhere else, but I went with this option on Amazon and cross my fingers. My husband broke the sensor a couple weeks ago. Just tried the old one out, unplugged it and plugged the new one in. Quick, simple, easy, and my freezer is now back to working properly.

New switch works great controlling lights in fridge. Probably would have at least $150.00 if I had a GE service call!

My mom pulled something out of the freezer and hit the switch breaking it. This was a direct replacement for the one on her fridge. Just make sure the model number matches (usually found inside the fridge section) and you should be good.

Product was perfect replacement for my fridge , it was slightly bigger but a pocket knife on the hole , fixed that quicklyPerfect

Do check the one you’re replacing as some of these fridge switches are 2 plug and this one is 3 plug. Removal is easy and as for replacement, it took longer to open the bag than it did to fit!
