I absolutely love this product. It has allowed us to more safely clean windows with multiple unlevel ground areas around homes. We have cleaned hundreds of homes with these ladder levelers. The nicely bottom too is you can always replace them once they were out, but we really don’t need to replace them very often. Once they’re installed, they are easy to work with all you have to do is step on the leveler and then you pull the ladder up and it will extend up and then it will hold in its place. You need to make sure you set up all the springs and metal tabs correctly or else you could Accidentally set it up where it doesn’t lock in. You will know if it doesn’t work because it won’t stay locked. I will say that it takes a minute to get used to installing it on a ladder. It does require I think more tools which would be nice if it came with the kit. It requires a metal drill to create a hole, and it comes with some tools to screw in the nuts and washers but I’d recommend also having a drill and that has the right sized bit to fit on the nut. This will speed things up quite a bit. It usually takes 15 minutes to install once you get the hang of it

Got the 28' ladder for $10, spent 52 on parts, 20 for paint removal. So for $82 I how have a $245 ladder in perfect condition. Yes, I am happy!!
