The ladder is sturdy the platform started to crack 4 months after install. Need better deck material

This unit came with no installation instructions or receipt. The bungy cord retainer to hold the ladder in position while running disintegrated after using for one month. Unit started rusting immediately. very poor low grade stainless or chrome construction and screws.
