Product works as intended, didn't have any hiccups as other comments mentioned. Not the fastest tool to install with but wasn't expecting it to be for the cost. Overall great purchase.

The only issuesi had with this product is the pusher bold is about a half inch to short and needs a second nut to lock the nylon lock nut down as the bolt kept backing itself out when it started to push the sights. I remedied that with a 5in piece of allthread and 4 nuts to fix the issue i was having. The compression clamp that twists inward was not threaded which made it hard to get the clamping strength needed. And it needs an adjustable rest on the bottom to keep the slide at the appropriate height for pushing the sights.

I ordered the wrong model but asides that mine came with residue on the inner portions and falls apart when you use it half the time other than that probably will work if you need it

The price and quality of the product are very good; however, the piece that actually pushes the site is square and flat.Depending on the shape of the sight to be installed, it may not work well. There are other offerings that come down to more of a "point" that in my opinion would be more UNIVERSAL.Otherwise, it works as advertised.

This did not work on my 1911 rear sight removal. The bolt stripped out and the slider block and the square box frame bent under pressure before the rear sight was fully pushed off of the slide. And yes the jam bolt was removed from the sight before trying to remove.

I don't normally do reviews but good lord this thing is awful. Save the hastle and spend the money on a better one.
