This is a really good weed hoe. It is very easy to use and the blade is sharp enough to cut even the toughest of weeds.

This goes together pretty well. For $25 it's a decent hoe - not the best sharpest tool in the shed but in my garden with friable soil it should work out just fine. I can't wait to use it in the spring

This is a light garden tool, but it still gets the job done. Aluminum poles are threaded to screw together and take apart for easy storage or transport. They do come unscrewed if you put pressure on the wrong side of the hoe but for light surface weed and grass removal this had worked well for us. It would be easy enough to replace the handle later on and keep the steel blade portion, which has proven more than sufficient. Great for garden and landscaping cleanup!

This came in pieces to assemble but everything is quality materials and the right size for weeding and cutting little seedlings out quite easily. I am looking forward to using this more in the spring to keep weeds down between veg rows and keep soil loose and friable. Any time you are assembling a handle, I get nervous, but this one is sturdy and the metal pieces screw securely into each other. Overall, for the price, I don't think you can go wrong with this for your weeding needs this spring.

Not bad, but not the best I've ever had. Works really well in our sandy soil, but I don't think it would handle harder/denser soil all that well. I'm short, so it really isn't hard for me to use, but my husband is tall and finds it awkward. Great for small cleanups around the yard (especially around the pool equipment and AC unit where it's hard to reach behind), but I'm not going to get much use out of it for digging out grass for a new garden spot, for example.

This is a high quality hoe. Now, I received it at the beginning of winter, which it still is, so I'm yet to hoe with it, but the steel is solid, sharp and has enough weight to do what is needed The handle is nice and long, so you can use two hands and use less of your lower back. I look forward to gardening with this tool in a few months, and will update should there be any need to, but for now I can attest to a very high quality product.

I live on a farm and we generally have a fairly large garden. While I can leave enough space between rows so that I can run a tiller to remove weeds I still have to weed between the plants by hand. I’ve had this style hoe for a number of years and loved it. The problem is that we have sandy soil which wears down metal tools which then have to be replaced. I was drawn to this one because of the long handle. I have to say I’m not disappointed. The handle can be long or short, is light weight and appears to be sturdy. Since it’s the middle of winter I can’t really test it but the quality of the metal appears to be good and the construction is solid. Overall it looks to be superior to the one I’m replacing.
