This little contraption will give your forearms, and shoulders a good workout depending on how you use it. I was initially surprised at the weight of the the device but that makes your shoulders work harder. It seems to be very well built.

Best pickleball exerciser ever! It is heavy, so it builds your shoulders as well.

This is a wonderful piece of equipment that targets my arms. I have never used anything like this before but I love it. There are many ways this can be used. The description pictures show someone using it as a bicep curler and overhead curls. I have found that my favorite way to use this is holding it in front of me with one wheel away from me spinning like I am using a speed bag. This really works those hard to tone muscles under my arms that love to look bad. I have this arm spinner and I keep it in an area that I can grab on a daily basis and use. This is well made and does not have any rough edges that would hurt my hands. The wheels spin smoothly each way. The knob for adjusting the resistance does not really seem to make a difference to me.This is a great tool for anyone of any age to tone and strengthen arms. I love it and highly recommend it.

bought this as its been recommended by top crossfit athletes for "bulletproof" shoulders. I have added this to my morning cardio/ zone 2 workout routine while walking/ jogging the treadmill. It makes the workout a little more challenging and works the shoulders/ forearms a good bit.

This exercise machine is simple to use and great for working the forearms and wrist strengthening your arms and helping to perfect your punches; however, it is not comfortable for me as my hands are too big for this product. My knuckles, mainly, pinky and pointer finger knuckles rub a lot and become sore after some use. I suppose, one way to overcome this fault is to wear gloves during workout or they could redesign it to fit larger hands and then it would be suitable for all sizes.

This is a well built and good looking piece of equipment for the home gym here. If you're wondering what you'd do with something like this, for me at least it's used after the final reps in a set to just burn out that muscle group to the point where you're going to be shaking after. In a novel way. Back in the day I'd wring a towel and things like that. I recommend watching a few videos on people using this thing, it may seem like a gimmick but you'd quickly find it'll get your heart rate up immediately and you'll be sweating doing the basic movements with this. The shape and the adjustable tension with the angle of the handles makes it just an interesting addition at home, you can always think of a way to use this. Standing overhead triceps extensions, or lying triceps extensions where you twist at the end of the rep, then twist again as you lower it. Your forearms and grip strength really have no choice but to be affected if you bother to pick this up and use it. I'd wager it would be good for anyone who uses their arms for swinging a lot in sports like Tennis or Golf as well. I think this one looks pretty sleek and modern if that's of interest at all.

Although this piece of equipment is aimed at a certain muscle group, if used correctly tou can do so much more. Engage your core whilst using it and it'll give you an ab workout. Where it shines is chest, biceps and forearms. Couldn't believe how quick everything started burning. This from someone who spent 35 years lifting stone up and down 40-80ft scaffolds for a living. If you want to build upper body and arm strength then get this. Build quality is great and even without the added resistance, the weight alone is a workout.

Roll-up mode, Discus mode and Arm curl mode? And "completely replaces lat and rope pulls"? Seriously? As a former fitness trainer, I can tell you, none of that is true. AT BEST this device replaces their grip. But it can never replace the chest adduction of the bull bar ( arm bending bar), nor the upward weighted resistance of lat pulls. As for the first three claims, they're too ridiculous to address. "Curl mode" literally just means pick it up. "Roll-up mode" means lay it on you. And "discus mode" just means hold it while doing something else! The sales would probably go up if it weren't for the intelligence-insulting ads. I gave 3 stars for a good product, but the deception can't go unnoticed.
