My husband and I absolutely love this mattress! Over the years we’ve tried a few other brands looking for a mattress that is firm enough to support my hips and comfortable enough to fall asleep quickly and this one actually does both of those things wonderfully. I’d rate this mattress a solid 9 out of 10!

I received my new mattress a little over a week ago. It was very easy to open and was ready to sleep on after only being out of the box for a short time. It is very comfortable and very nice quality! It gives me excellent back support and I’m very happy with this purchase!

This mattress is very firm. It did not relieve my spouse or my back pain, but aggravated it so that it was much worse. I am hoping the 100 day return is honored.

Product was advertised as firm it’s the farthest from the truth. I can’t send it back because it inflated and will not fit in the box it came in. They insist that it be returned in the box it came in , this is nothing but a scam

Switching to the Ziwi mattress was effortless; we needed no adjustment from our old mattress that we loved. From the very first night, it felt great.Temperature regulation has been good too—I haven't felt too hot or too cold, which has made for consistently comfortable sleep.Im always concerned about toxins and off-gassing, but the Ziwi mattress had no smell or fumes when I opened the packaging, which was fantastic. I also liked the darker cover as we have four children and that will help lessen any staining.As a side sleeper, I've had no back or hip pain—it's really comfortable. My husband, a back sleeper, also finds it very comfortable and has had no back issues. He's even been able to sleep on his side without shoulder pain or circulation problems.Overall, we're extremely happy with our purchase.

I have been sleeping on my Queen size Ziwi mattress for a little less than a month now and I have been pleasantly surprised by it. I sleep in a lot of hotels for my work, 100+ nights each year for the past 3 years and counting, and one thing I could always count on is that my first night on a new mattress would not be a quality nights sleep. I loved my queen mattress before as well! So I was fully expecting about 2-3 nights just for my body to adjust to this new mattress. I was wrong. I fell right to sleep and sleep solidly through the night! I couldn't believe it! I even had to comment on that part to my sister! I'm a side and back sleeper. I start on my side and end up on my back. I have noticed less tossing and turning as well with this mattress, but I think that is more because it envelopes you in a way, so if you rotate, you just roll right back to the way you were. It is a good mix between firm and soft. Where your body doesn't have much weight pressing down it feels firm, but the parts that push down more, my upper back and butt, sink down so that my lower back is at least getting support. I honestly only have one complaint so far... my last mattress was like 16" thick, and I have an adjustable base, so no box spring, this mattress is much much thinner, about 10 inches. So it feels much lower to me, I wish it came in thicker pads. However, that may be beneficial in the long run. My last mattress I could only rotate. I couldn't flip it. This one I may be able to flip as well.All in all this has been a pretty amazing 3 weeks on a new mattress. Props to Ziwi on a great product!
