The strap fits my 8 inch wrist with two extra holes to spare. The inner lining of the strap is soft and doesn't dig in. The trigger release is very easy to adjust using the included allen wrench - the longest setting was right for my size large hands. The construction is solid, good stitching on the strap and sturdy trigger release mechanism while still being quite lightweight. Now I can't blame my aim on sloppy finger releases.
