This one is more quiet (doesn’t even make a tick sound) and fit perfect in our huge clock that our toddler knocked off and bend the mechanical part that holds the hands on. Install was a breeze. I almost thought it wasn’t working because it was so quiet. But it’s keeping time wonderfully👍🏼

I wanted a large handle 17 i ches or longer with supporting mechanism. Despite searching all over the web I couldn't find one and finally I saw this item. Price was bit higher but it was meeting all my needs. Item arrived in safe packaging with arms having no bends or dents and were covered with plastic protector. Installation was a breeze. Didn't hear any clicking or ticking sound during the clock operation. So it's a silent mechanism. Of course, I would recommend it.

The product was packaged well and was easy to install. There are ones that are less expensive that I have used but you get what you pay for. These arms are much stronger than others.

I purchased and I stalled according to instructions. Used brand new batteries. In less than 24 hours, it quit working. Returned to Amazon for a replacement. The replacement only worked for a few hours. I believe the mechanism causes the hands to get stuck going past each other is one of the issues. I didn’t return the 2nd one, even though it didn’t work, because I trashed the hands that originally came with my clock & it looks bad to have a clock hanging with no hands.
