I ordered this strainer because it said it was stainless steel and that's my preference.However, when I unpacked it I saw on the box that it's not 18/10 but sus304 which is a lower grade.So I'm returning it since it's not food safe and will rust.

I'm new to milling my own wheat/rye berries for bread.Using the sifter is great for removing the chaff.My old sifter wasn't made for that task.These are sturdy, hang well, nested together on a cuphook in my kitchen!So far, so good!I'll update if there are issues...

These sifters are a great addition to our kitchen. They replace an old-fashion sifter inherited from my mother which is something like a grinder made out of a tomato juice can. Well made with two sizes to chose from, depending on the project. I like the fine mesh screen. Convenient and easy to stash in small spaces. A definite improvement.

I bought this to be able to take all the "powder" out of my loose leaf tea (yerba mate) before storing away in a container. It works perfectly! I would purchase this item again. However, the quality is so amazing that I know I won't have to! Easy to clean, durable mesh, durable stainless. Love it! I haven't tried it with flour yet, but I bet it will work just as well. 💯 Recommend.

the larger one will hold 4cups of flour. it is a hand motion that sifts the flour so you need a bigger bowl but they are extremely fine so better bread!!
