This is not a drop in replacement, the knobs are in different positions relative to a standard setup and the hole pattern does not match a standard thinline pickguard. You can redrill and the old holes won't be visible, but don't expect a swap to be a quick job.

The pickguard looked well enough in quality, but it didn't have a metal foil that was attached to it. I couldn't get the tone controls to ground properly, so I had to disassemble and glue aluminum foil to the bottom of the pickguard. That solved the grounding problems. Due to all hassle, I am giving it lower marks. Otherwise, just find another pickguard that comes with foil attached.
