I love the size of these! They are perfect for a small cookie sheet for when I make oven baked breaded pork chops for my husband and myself. I put the rack in the dishwasher for easy cleaning!!!

Great because they're stainless, just didn't fit the rounded bottom corners of the pan I wanted them for by about half an inch so I use them for cooling racks instead!

I bought this to fit inside a Vollrath 5220 1/4 sheet pan. It fits great and seems very sturdy. I like this grate pattern better than a cross-hatch because it's easier to clean.

Not only for cooling! I use this in my 3qt casserole dish when baking meats so the drippings collect underneath! Excellent product! Sturdy!

The racks seem good quality, however advertised as 8x11 inches the are actually 8x11.5 inches. Not a huge difference unless you need them to fit into a roasting tray. They don't fit. Will keep them anyway as cooling racks. Disappointed.

Love this product and there are two in the package making them even more versatile for using in different size pans. For larger pans both can be used and placed sideways for more coverage. They are about 1/2" high so provide enough space at bottom of pan to allow air circulation and juice dripping. They are heavy enough and clean up very easily and a great price.
