They work amazing on the grill or in the oven, but I liked them better on the grill! The smokey flavor of the grill was amazing and they were less watery on the grill than in the oven.

These are individually packaged and look beautiful. They are smooth, shiny and are a nice weight. I have not used them yet, but will update this review once I do.

I have had a set of a dozen of these for many years and use them regularly on the grill. Living on the Gulf coast we don't bother using shelled oysters with these (we would use in-shell ones for that) but we do love using these with shrimp, crab, even bites of sausage and throwing in some aromatics, herbs, and of course butter and cheese to make a nice, bubbly appetizer. I got mine (a dozen for this same price, so double) at a gift shop somewhere so I was excited to find these online to have as gifts for visitors. My pricey ones are on the right in the photo and you can see they're of a maybe a higher "aesthetic" quality with more artistic modeling, but the material, size and other utility aspects are the same, so I'm really glad to have these.
