I really like that this injector for a couple of reasons. First, the plunger has the 3 finger rings that allow for easy injecting even when your hands are slippery from the meat prep or from the liquid you're injecting. Second, it comes with different needs that have holes in different configurations depending on whether you're injecting into loose fiber or tight fiber meat. Lastly, and almost most importantly to me, is that it is terribly easy to clean. The stainless steel is thick and well polishes so hand washing is easy or it will stand up to the dishwasher if you choose. I've had several other injectors, but this is by far the best I've had. I would recommend for any smoking enthusiast or kitchen guru!
