Of the 3, one is 442, one is 439 (both acceptable enough for most uses). One, however, is about 410hz. A full semitone+ flat. I didn’t expect all 3 to be right. I did expect them to be within a couple of cents.

Only received 1. Clearly advertises 3. Also - it did not tune correctly! It was tuned to something like 445hz and sounded horrible. DO NOT BUY!

Pay attention to the size of these. They are incredibly small and barely make a sound. There's a reason they are so cheap. I'm returning mine.

These tuning forks were out of tune! They are not A440

I thought these were multiple frequencies for say different instruments, but all three are A 440. I tried just banging it on a piece of wood and it's hard to hear, but it does ring out a tone that i heard when i held it to my ear. So not sure how loud tuning forks are, but i thought they'd be louder then this. Other then that, it does work and maybe because it is pretty small, like 4" long? But maybe large sizes will produce a louder sound. Other then that, for the price, it works and i thought was good quality.
