These gel heel cups worked well in my daughter’s soccer cleats to help alleviate some pain she was feeling after practice and games. She is currently a kid’s size 1 1/2 shoe and they fit perfectly, also did not move around while she was playing.

Our physio requested we get these to help even out leg lengths and they have helped tremendously. We are only a 10c toddler so I ordered the kids 1-4 and they fit perfectly.

These silicone heel cups are perfect for shoes that are slightly bigger than your right size. They are very comfortable and can be switched over from one pair to another.

These gel insoles are super comfortable, and made a noticeable difference in my stride! Wasn't sure what to expected based on other reviews RE: fit however, these insoles fit my size 7 or 6.5 perfectly well. They do "spill" up the sides a bit, due to the narrow styles of my shoes (runners and tennis shoes) however, this provides even more comfortable support.I will say, I have high arches and most shoes are far too flat in the insole, so I suspect that's why these made a huge difference for me. I tested them out on the treadmill for over half an hour (on a high incline) and I experienced no soreness at all, when I usually do. Keep in mind, that due to the nature of any gel insole, they will add "height" to your foot, causing your shoes to fit a little snugger, and creating a little extra heat. This is not the fault of the product, just the way any gel insole acts (not breathable).5 stars as it performs exactly as it should!

These are decent (albeit typical) silicone heel cups/pads that appear to be reasonably well made and for the most part work just fine without issues (so far). They are fairly soft and comfortable, and they are easy to put on as most others are although it might be a bit tricky to find the perfect fit since they're one-sized and it really depends on the shoes and the material of the insoles (i.e. sufficient tractions so they don't move around when talking).They're entirely made of (or at least appear to be) silicone gel that's fairly soft and quite malleable. They have a blue oval shape towards the back which is puzzling because it's the same material as the rest and I have no idea what purpose it serves. Initially I thought perhaps it's made of different (i.e. softer or better) material but it isn't. In any event, they're still one-sized and may or may not fit your feet well and it's difficult to know for sure until you try it so just keep that in mind.They are easy to clean similar to most others of similar material and style; just rinse it with water (and soap if needed) and air dry or a paper towel etc. similar to most other silicone gel found on the market nowadays. Btw, they come in 2 pairs and NOT 4 pairs as I initially thought they are.≡ ValueAll things considered, these are decent silicone hell cups/pads that seem reasonably well made and for the most part work just fine without issues although I'm not particularly fond of the fact that these are one-size because it's really a gamble as to whether these will fit or not despite they seem to fit just fine for us. Their longevity is also a concern for me because these gels are known to lose their ability to maintain their softness (squishiness) after a while, and they'd gradually become stiffer and eventually lose their ability to bounce back (and may eventually tear). Well, I guess time will tell, as always. They are somewhat reasonably priced at $19 (for 2x pairs) for what they provide and their overall build quality, usability, and performance. Your mileage might vary.
