Filtration Method:
Step 1: The collected sap is poured into our pre-filter to initially remove debris.
Step 2: Boil the maple sap and when the sap reaches 216°F, it can be filtered through the pre-filter again to remove most of the sugar sand.
Step 3: Place the pre-filter in the heavy-duty filter. When the syrup is boiled again and poured through this two-stage filter, you will collect maple syrup that becomes clear.
Tps:
1. When the maple sap cools, it will become thick, so please strain it while it is still hot.
2. Too much sediment will slow down the filtering speed, you can use chopsticks and other items to stir it properly and gently to speed up the filtering.
3. Please do not fold and crease the maple syrup filter, this may weaken the fabric and eventually cause it to tear.
4. Please do not wash your filter with soap or detergent to avoid leaving an odor in the maple syrup.
5. You may rinse directly in hot water and store in a cool, dry place after drying completely.
