I recently used the tree trimming, and it exceeded my expectations. The extendable design allowed me to easily reach high branches without needing a ladder, making it much safer and more efficient. The saw blade is sharp and cuts through thick branches with ease. the pruner is perfect for smaller ones. It feels sturdy, even when fully extended, and the sections lock securely in place. This tool has made maintaining my trees so much easier. No complain so far love it .

I ordered this pole saw to trim some 20 ft tall hedges and this tool will do it. I like the fact that you can add sections to achieve the exact height you need.Observations:* If you need the full 27 feet you will need a second person to help stabilize the pole. Not rigid.* The rope attached to to the cutter head is only about 20ft... a little short.* The add describes the pole as telescopic but it is actually sectional.* Max cutter capacity is approximately 1 inch but the saw works well for larger limbs.* The mechanical advantage of the cutter head permits cutting limbs with minimal effort.
