This replacement controller matched my pit boss controller in size and all the way down to the connections for the auger, fan, igniter and the temp probe. This was basically a plug and play controller except that I needed to set the controller to the smoker model. Consult the instruction sheet that comes with the controller. After I followed the instructions to set the controller to the right setting my non working smoker was ready to roll. Everything was working as expected and that’s what I was hoping for. Now only time will tell how long this controller will last but for now I’m glad that my smoker is back in action.
