It really helps compressing the knee. I have different ones and this is the one I like the most since it really doesn’t fold on to my leg when I’m walking and it doesn’t slip off too much also.

Compared to the price of an elbow brace at their local pharmacy this thing is a steal. It's held up for an entire season of Hardwork. It's starting to lose a little bit of a grip around where the Velcro attaches but I'm satisfied with what I got out of it for seven bucks. It did give me the support I needed with my tennis elbow condition. Very easy to put on with one hand and it stays in place all day. It is a little hot but because it's synthetic material it dries out very quickly. It is never really taken on any sort of bad smell. A good value

Yes, tennis elbow, that's me. I bought several types of braces to try them out. This one is ok.My biceps are around 11 inches. This fits well and you can tighten to get a snug fit if you want. The only negative is that the top strap has a tendency to catch on things and then you have to redo the strap. A tiny bit awkward to get on too.

I recently had issues with my elbow. I believe it is/was tennis elbow though I am not exactly sure. Anyway, my doctor had to drain it and I have to wear a brace for at least a month. I purchased several items including compression brace and even flex tape. They were all extremely irritating, itchy, and either cut off my circulation or make my arm very sore.I was going to return this because I had already purchased so many items but decided to give it a try. It is SO comfortable compared to all of the items I have tried. I love the flexibility, the added comfort sleeve, and the fact that it is adjustable. GREAT PRODUCT

I'm old enough now to have tendonitis.....and carpel tunnel syndrome....and sciatica. I earned all of these and no one can take them away from me. They're mine. They're not taxable. And, they are among the few things that are not over-regulated by government. Those of you who are envious might just have to wait until after you retire. (warped, delusional, in denial and happy:-)______________I wear two of these on occasion and they do relieve a lot of pain associated with radial arm movement due to tendonitis. They're a bit conspicuous and they're bulky enough to fit awkwardly under some long-sleeved clothing. But, for the most part getting clothing over top of them is not a problem. However, you might want to remove them every few hours to let your skin breath a little. Neoprene does not breath but it does an excellent job of trapping heat thereby increasing circulation...which is one of the things most tendonitis health aids are designed to do.It's a relief to have elbow support when I'm operating a chainsaw or pole saw, handling fire wood, raking, digging, gardening, etc....anything that puts stress on the fore-arm and elbow. They're also an incredible relief during weather-related events: dampness, cold and/or when a low pressure system rolls through.Until surgical protocol for tendonitis becomes more reliable I'll be using these.
