This replaced a "chair" that was similar. Stated it was an improved version of the original. Found it to not to be as stable as the original.

I am just three days out of total knee replacement, which is why we bought this toilet riser, and I am so glad we did. I have it set on the lowest height but it is just high enough that my leg doesn't have to bend when indeed it CANNOT right now.The seat is padded and quite comfy. Also the arms are so helpful in pushing myself up onto my feet again. Looks nice, too.

I just had a hip replaced and a raised toilet seat was recommended by my doctor. This seat was easy to assemble and the adjustable height was easy to adjust. The seat itself was comfortable and the arm handles are just the right height. The toilet seat is sturdy so I had no worry and falling when using it. I am very satisfied with the raised seat.

Good sturdy product with many adjustments to height. Also, free standing so can be moved aside when required, not screwed into the toilet in any manner. I recommend this product to anyone looking for simplicity, functionality, and safety!
