This is not the original 5 foot Aquajogger Hitch. The photo is deceiving. The product that arrived was a 27" black tether as opposed to the original white supple odor free tether, which was depicted on my order. Furthermore, the product has a terrible chemical odor as well.

Works fine. Lasts a year or so until, like any bungie cord, it loses its elasticity.

I have a small pool, and need to do rehab for a hip replacement. I purchased 2 of these and linked them together, which has worked perfectly. I get nice resistance without having to go in little circles! I have only been using for about a month, and I am not sure how strong the plastic on the hook mechanism is; I'm worried that the 'tongue' part is going to break off because it is really hard to get it over the metal bar in the spot in the pool where it hooks on. But I am going to be optimistic that it will at least last a season - that would be wonderful!

I bought this with prime. It is a bungee cord like the picture, but they changed the name to mesh bag and now say it is not eligible for return. I am very unhappy. It came too late and is of no use to me.

I like the price, and the speed in which I received the product. I didn't order a Weight Belt at the same time (Not sure what I was thinking), the weight belts I am looking for show out of stock :(, hopefully I will be able to use this product soon. It was recommended to me by my uncle who uses it on a daily basis in his pool. Yes I am extremely happy with this product.

Works just great, but I wonder why they didn't make it just a bit longer. If I loop it around through the skimmer basket opening, it doesn't leave me much room from the side of the pool -- only 16-17 inches maybe. Most people don't have a hook on the wall of their pool to hook it onto.

When I loop one end around my flotation belt and the other around a starting block at the pool, I can jog in the water for hours. It is well made and sturdy. My only criticism? Using this bungee isn't that much different from using the piece of clothes line I had been working out with. I think the teather may hold up to chlorine better, over time, though.
