This circuit tester is designed to be used on DC powered circuits with voltages between 3 and 28 volts. The special designed V-Tip needle allows safe piercing and prevents side-slipping wire piercing wire's insulation. V-Tip can be removed to test hard to reach places.

And has a removable plastic tip so you can get directly on the fuse. Just remember not all fuses have power when the ignition is off.

I work in a truck manufacture plant. I check the accessory plugs and light harnesses with this little tool. Super simple, shove it in and touch metal and it lights up and beeps. The only down side of this tool is that it doesn't vibrate.

My go to test light for now. Works very well even with cloth gloves on. Doesn't work with latex gloves. I like that it beeps and the red led lights up. Looks like solid build quality, hopefully it holds up with time.
