Have a Craftsman T3200 with same B&S v-twin engine with one of these carbs on and it runs rich at Idle, this one so far is making my JD LA145 run great,, Hope it stays working good. Time will tell.

I bought this because my john deere LA165 started missing in one cylinder.This was easy to replace and works good out of the box.My only complaint would be that the fuel shutoff solenoid is longer than the old one ,which required me to extend one of the wires powering it,and the solenoid sometimes sticks and needs to be tapped to unstick.

My 2012 D130 22 HP lawn tractor had excessive fuel consumption and a sporadic raw gas smell (375 hrs on tractor). This replacement carborator was an exact match and easy to install. Lawn tractor runs great now and much more powerful with less gas usage.A good choice for cost savings over an OEM carborator unit.

Works perfect on a John Deere D130 with automatic choke. Bought the mower used and it would not choke, very hard to start. With this carburator it started right up.

Seems like it's well made but unfortunately did not work for me. Mower would simply surge with this on, adjustments made no difference. Used some parts of this to "rebuild" my old carb which runs a lot better. It fit perfectly though and looks exactly like the original. Was disappointed but must not be tuned correctly for a z235.*update turns out I had other issues too wasn’t necessarily this carb

The carb fit well but after hours of trying to figure out why the new carb wouldn’t work, I figured out that the fuel actuator was the issue. It would not open when the ignition is turned on so would not allow fuel to flow. It is also a different design than the OEM carb so I couldn’t swap it out to make this unit work.

Took me a while to figure out how to take it apart, as it was my first time, but it took about an hour. I could do it in half that time now. It mounted right on my D130 and started right up. I've mowed the lawn several times now without any problems.It stopped working after two mows. Bought another one and it runs rich plus hard to start, so I have bought a more expensive model and I'll find out if it's better than this junk.
