Best pill splitter ever purchased! They cut small pills in half without crushing or creating more than two parts of the pill. Other cheaper items purchased would crush pills or cut uneven leaving more than two halves.

It completely crushed (into powder) the first and only pill I put into it. Complete waste of money.

This pill cutter is a perfect little gadget for portioning out your medication. The lid snaps closed over the pill as it cuts in one smooth motion, catching the halves so they never get away from you. Just be careful, that blade is SHARP, but super safe when used properly.

Does the job to a point. it seems like it crushs the pill in half more then anything then actually cutting it in half.

Ironic that one of the keywords in the product title is that it is for small and tiny pills, but in reality it unfortunately works on everything but small pills It cuts large pills with no problem, but the small ones definitely doesn't work as well. It's a nifty little tool if you have the right size pill.

This is a decent little pill cutter that's pretty basic but works. You put the pill on the bottom and close the lid and the blade will cut it in half. Mostly! I tested this with several kinds of medications, and it worked pretty well with both large and smallish pills. I have a pet med that is tiny and I need to cut into forths, and unfortunately this cutter wasn't able to split it very well and I needed to use something else.I have a very similar pill cutter (from a pharmacy that closed probably 15 years ago) that I do like better as the bottom tray is made with a rubber-like plastic that keeps the pill in place so it doesn't move once it's cut. Since this one is smooth it can be hard to keep the pill in place before and after cutting. But overall it's okay and does a good job for the majority of my pills!
