Works great, I was able to add a receiver to add additional remotes. This was installed by a professional and requires knowledge of electrical and mechanical setup. I was replacing an old motor and this one works smooth pushes the gate nice and easy. It’s quiet, remotes works. The motor quality looks way better than the one I had before. The only thing I need to do is add the WiFi module and a solar backup battery. The supplier also answered questions quickly.

In general item works as advertised, I will suggest do to pack it more reliable, and upgrade the Hex Head Sleeve Anchors, for concrete Pad to size longer, + adding 2 more remote controls to the package will be good.

You will need mid-level mechanical skills to install this unit, and common sense with wiring and fit and finish. You may mess up on the anchor install and have to upsize to fit if you are stupid like I am. I say 95% of parts are there... but no battery, no wires to hook up power, no grommet for power chord after installing to be water proof. I had to go to Lowes to get longer bolts to go past the metal rail so I could use lock nuts to anchor the rails to the gate side rails. Take your time, when done it will be worth the effort.The unit is silent. The only sound is from your gate rattling during motion. I would recommend this for anyone who is mid level in skills. Not really for a beginner.

The gate opener was used for sliding doors on my shop . With a little though it worked perfect two doors two openres . Had a isseu with one door opening ramdomly from neighors garage door opener. Grace with customer service was great with quick follow email and also on the phone she even called back to see if everything was working . Had to install a new board that they sent at no charge with two remotes everything is working great now.
