EASY TO USE AND CLEAN:

When using it for the first time, soak the filter in water for about 2 minutes,and then rinse it with running water before use.
2.CHANGE FILTER REGULARLY Please replace the filter every 2 to 4 weeks,If multiple cats are using the fountain, more frequent replacement will be necessary.

My mom doesn’t want to clean the cat bowl so I got him this. It has filtered water and carbon the keep it clean. The foundation interests our cat, he drinks more water and doesn’t have kidney problems any longer. Easy fix to his health problems.

These filters are very small and do not fit the cat it fountain although it indicates that it will. Also they are not returnable and Amazon will not take responsibility for correcting or refunding. Very disappointed with product and lack of responsibility of the supplier.
